Jorge Parada is a lawyer in the Corporate, M&A and Finance Area. He joined the Firm in January 2024. <br>Previously, from February 2022 to January 2024, he worked as a lawyer in the Corporate Department of ELZABURU, where his professional practice focuses on the Corporate and Commercial Area. In particular, he advises on the sale and purchase of companies, structural modifications, such as mergers and demergers, corporate transactions, amendments to articles of association and shareholders’ agreements.
